There isn’t anything wrong with goals.

If you’re the type of person who is motivated by goals, the type of person whose goals move them forward, follow them.

But there’s another way to look at this New Year.

Don’t think of life of having end points.  Instead, think only of how you can do a little bit better today.

Imagine, if you were even 1% better for ten days in a row, or a hundred days, or a thousand.  You’d be an entirely different person this time next year.
